LET'S TELL A STORYA music video can be many things. From a basic performance video to a narrative video right through to a blockbuster short film. We will produce a video that is a true representation of your product or service. The video needs to be hard hitting and leave a lasting impression. The realms of possibility are endless in the world of film depending on what you are willing to spend. We at Unit 15 Productions like to work closely with the client to develop their video ideas into a video that works for all and remains inside the clients budget.
Our goal at Unit 15 Productions is to create music videos at the highest cinematic quality we can achieve through the use of extensive knowledge of cinematic practice, practical abilities and specialised equipment to bring the production to life. We want to tell your story in the best way we can based on the look and feel you want. In order for us to do this, we work closely with the client in pre-production to develop a treatment for their music video which – once agreed upon – leads onto a shoot schedule, production, editing, post FX, colour grading and output of the final file. As is often the case for most independent artists out there, budgets can be small or limited. We offer a range of packages depending on what the client wishes to spend which you can find below.
BRONZE PACKAGE
PERFORMANCE MUSIC VIDEO FOR BROADCAST
If you’re looking for that next level film quality in your music video then this package is for you. We now offer broadcast standard music videos shot on the highly sought after Black Magic Pocket Cinema Camera 4K. The quality of the BMPCC4K is unrivalled and was even used to shoot scenes in the Marvel Blockbuster Movie ‘Captain Marvel’. A performance video includes a one day shoot arranged in a location with the client. This is then followed with a full edit, post fx and complimentary colour grade ending in a final file prepared for broadcast and for uploading to whatever streaming platform you choose to use. A performance music video is shot using our Black Magic Pocket Cinema Camera 4K. Shooting options are 24fps, 25fps, 50fps, 60fps 4096x2160p (4K), 3840×2160 (Ultra HD) 120fps 1920x1080p. Recording formats: Black Magic Raw Constant Quality Q0, Q5, 3:1, 5:1, 8:1, 12:1, ProRes HQ, 422, LT, PXY. All shot with a selection of Micro Four Thirds lenses and Canon photo lenses.

NARRATIVE / PERFORMANCE MUSIC VIDEO FOR BROADCAST
What story would you like to tell? In this package, we help the client develop a narrative video from basic concept right through to the final product. It starts with a meeting to flesh out the idea. Based upon that meeting, we then develop a treatment which sets out the core idea and path of the story. The treatment is then developed further into chosen locations, actors and props needed and shoot schedules. This package allows for up to two days of shooting in chosen locations arranged with the client. This is then followed with a full edit, basic post fx and complimentary colour grade ending in a final file prepared for broadcast and for uploading to whatever streaming platform you choose to use. Any props, actors, hiring of locations, hiring of additional equipment will be an additional cost on top of the package price unless arranged and paid for by the client. A narrative / performance music video is shot using our Black Magic Pocket Cinema Camera 4K. Shooting options are 24fps, 25fps, 50fps, 60fps 4096x2160p (4K), 3840×2160 (Ultra HD) 120fps 1920x1080p. Recording formats: Black Magic Raw Constant Quality Q0, Q5, 3:1, 5:1, 8:1, 12:1, ProRes HQ, 422, LT, PXY. All shot with a selection of Micro Four Thirds lenses and Canon photo lenses.

No matter the format we’re shooting on, we strive to bring the best cinematic quality to our work that we can using our vast knowledge of industry techniques and practices. If you’re not willing to spend a large amount of money but need a music video with a great standard of production then this is for you. A performance video includes a one day shoot arranged in a location with the client. This is then followed with a full edit, post fx and complimentary colour grade ending in a final file prepared for upload to whatever streaming platform you choose to use. A performance music video is shot using our Canon 600D DSLR. Shooting options are 24fps, 25fps, 1920x1080p 50fps 1280x720p (can be upscaled to 1080p if slow motion required). All shot with a selection of canon photo lenses. We must make clear that this option is not suitable for broadcast submission as Canon 600D only shoots in compressed H.264 format. This format is not suitable for broadcast standards such as televised music video channels. You can still have your music video converted for broadcast submission (for a small fee) but we cannot guarantee the video passing broadcast tests due to compression artefacts.
