Where are you based?
Our company is based in Bridgend, South Wales just outside of Cardiff, UK.
How long has Unit 15 Productions existed?
Unit 15 Productions was Established in 2004 by Drew Hamley.
What kind of work do you produce?
We work with all types of clients. We’ve specialised in production for the music industry over the past two decades but we also produce content for corporate clients and businesses.
What services do you provide?
We offer all kinds of services from Video Editing all the way through to Web Design. For a full list of services then please look here.
How much do your services cost? I can’t see any prices on your website.
For pricing please contact us via email so that was can give you an accurate costing for your specific project needs.
What is your turnaround time for a completed project?
We do our best to work effectively and efficiently on any projects that are undertaken. Each project has it’s own specific production lead time depending on what it is. We do our best to give an estimated time for completion.
How do you take payment?
We work largely on a deposit of half up front with half paid on completion of the project. Deposits are non refundable. We can provide you with details for payment.
Can a project be cancelled once it is in production?
Yes, a production can be cancelled but we work diligently to try and realise your vision and see a production through to its completion. Deposits are non refundable. If a project is carried all the way to it’s completion then we will seek full payment for the work even if cancelled.
Do you offer discount if multiple projects are agreed with a client?
Yes, we have been known to offer discount if a client approaches us with a number of projects at the same time. Discount is offered or not offered completely at Unit 15 Productions discretion during project discussions
Do you have examples of your work I can look at?
Yes, we have examples of work on our website for you to look through to see if our production meets your vision and expectations. We can also provide more examples of previous projects if requested.
Are you available to shoot a production outside of Wales?
We can do that. Depending on the distance depends on how much travel expenses will be added on to the overall cost.
What software applications do you work in?
We work in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, In Design, Light Room, Illustrator, Clip Studio Paint, Logic Pro X, Pro Tools, Blender and many more.

Can we arrange a video chat to discuss the project?
We are more than happy to arrange that with you at a time and day that is convenient to both parties.
Are you able to do face to face meetings to discuss projects?
Yes that’s something that we can arrange. Depending on the distance for the meeting depends on whether we will have to charge for the travel.
